How to reset your speakerUpdated a month ago
⚠️ Important: Always remove the speaker from your Bluetooth menu before resetting.
Reset methods vary by model.
Press the power button 5 times
It must be 5 quick presses. If it doesn’t work the first time, try once more.

Hold the power button for 8 seconds

Remove from your Bluetooth devices
Hold the setup button for 2 seconds
Press one of the arrow buttons until the screen shows “system”, then press the select button once
Press one of the arrow buttons until the screen shows “factory reset”, then press select once
Press select one more time to confirm that the factory reset should start
Reset with a paperclip

The reset hole is located at the bottom
Remove the silicone at the bottom first. You may need a small pointed object to loosen the silicone. It can feel tricky, but it works. The silicone can be pressed back into place afterward.

It may be hidden behind the antenna

Unplug the device to reset
Wait about 10 seconds
