How to set up and troubleshoot your aBEAN EarbudsUpdated 10 months ago

When you want to use your aBEAN's, start by removing the plastic from the bottom of the beans, place them back in the case, and charge them to 100% (this is indicated on the case).

Once they are fully charged, take both beans out of the case and wait until only one of them is blinking.

Next, go to the Bluetooth menu on your device and connect to either aBEAN L or aBEAN R. You should now be able to play music through both beans.

If both beans do not light up while in the charging case, try pressing them down into the case and adjusting them slightly until both light up.

If this doesn’t work, it often helps to reset them as follows:

1.  Remove aBEAN from your Bluetooth menu (forget the device).
   
   
2.  Take both beans out of the case.
   
   
3.  Quickly press each bean five times in a row so they start blinking purple (either press    both at the same time or one after the other).
   
   
4.  Place them back in the case and close the lid.

Now they are reset, and you can take them out again and connect via Bluetooth. Sometimes it takes a couple of attempts before it works.
