My powerbank doesn't workUpdated a month ago
Use this Knowledge for troubleshooting and product information for Kreafunk power banks.
- Identify the customer's exact power bank model before providing model-specific information.
- Use only approved troubleshooting and specifications for the customer's exact model.
- Do not assume that similarly named power banks have the same specifications.
If the power bank does not turn on or charge a device
1. Make sure the power bank itself is sufficiently charged.
2. Try another compatible USB cable.
3. Try another compatible power adapter if relevant.
4. If the power bank works with another cable or adapter, the issue may be related to the original charging accessory.
5. Do not automatically conclude that the cable, adapter, battery, charging port, or power bank is defective.
Charging computers
- Kreafunk power banks covered by this Knowledge are not intended for charging computers.
- Do not interpret inability to charge a computer as a product defect.
toCHARGE mini 3
- Charging time: approximately 2–3 hours.
- Output: 5V / 2A.
- Input: 5V / 2A.
toCHARGE GO
- Power bank charging time: approximately 3 hours.
- Earbuds charging time: approximately 1 hour.
- Supports wireless charging.
- Output power: up to 10W.
- Input: 5V / 3A, 9V / 2A or 12V / 1.5A.
Volt 10
Charging Volt 10
- Volt 10 charges via USB-C.
- The battery indicator next to the USB-C port shows the remaining battery level.
- The battery indicator displays approximately 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% battery levels.
- A flashing white indicator represents approximately 0–5% battery remaining.
Power and charging devices
- Press the power button to turn Volt 10 on.
- Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn Volt 10 off.
- Volt 10 can charge compatible devices wirelessly or via cable.
- When charging a device wirelessly, the indicator is red.
- When charging via cable, the indicator is white.
- A green indicator shows fast charging.
Volt 10 specifications
- Battery capacity: 10,000 mAh.
- Charging time: approximately 2–3 hours.
- Wireless charging output: up to 15W.
- Cable charging output: up to 22.5W.
- USB-C input: 5V / 3A, 9V / 2A or 12V / 1.5A.
- USB-C output: 5V / 3A, 9V / 2.22A or 12V / 1.67A.
- USB-A output: 5V / 3A, 9V / 2A or 12V / 1.5A.
- Volt 10 has a magnetic attachment function for compatible iPhones.
- Volt 10 is compatible with wireless-charging-enabled devices.
Wireless charging troubleshooting for Volt 10
- Make sure the device supports wireless charging.
- Place the compatible device directly on the wireless charging area.
- Do not place anything between the device being charged and the charging pad.
Important safety information for Volt 10
- Do not charge Volt 10 in direct sunlight.
- Keep the product dry and away from excessive heat.
- Do not disassemble the product.
- If Volt 10 becomes excessively hot, emits an unusual odor, becomes deformed or shows another abnormal condition, stop using it immediately and continue according to the relevant support process.
Max
Charging Max
- Charge Max using the included USB-C cable.
- It is recommended to charge Max to 100% before first use.
- The display shows the charging status. The numbers flash while Max is charging.
- Charging time is approximately 18 hours.
- A 20W adapter is recommended.
- The charger is not included. Use a compatible charger.
- The manual specifies a compatible USB PD charger between 20W and 25W to achieve maximum charging speed.
Battery status
- The remaining battery percentage is shown on the display.
- Press the power button once to display the battery status.
- The displayed battery level decreases while Max is charging another device.
Charging devices with Max
- Max turns on automatically when a device is connected using a USB cable.
- Max turns off automatically approximately 30 seconds after the cable is disconnected or when the connected device is fully charged.
- Devices can be charged through USB-C or USB-A.
LED light
- Max has a built-in LED light.
- Press the power button twice to turn the light on or off.

Important safety information for Max
- Do not charge Max in direct sunlight.
- Max can be used and charged at temperatures between 0°C and 45°C.
- Do not leave Max in a car, especially in direct sunlight.
- Keep Max dry and away from excessive heat.
- Do not disassemble the product.
- If Max becomes excessively hot, emits an unusual odor, becomes deformed or shows another abnormal condition, stop using it immediately and continue according to the relevant support process.
If the issue remains unresolved
- Continue with any other relevant approved troubleshooting for the customer's exact power bank model and issue.
- Do not repeat troubleshooting steps the customer has already tried.
- If approved troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, continue according to the relevant defective/non-working product Skill.
- Do not automatically approve or reject a warranty claim or promise a replacement, refund, repair, return label, or other outcome.
