If your power bank does not turn on or charge devices, try the following steps:

1. Start by charging the power bank for 6 hours.

2. Try different USB cables and power adapters to check that the issue is not caused by a faulty cable or adapter.

3. If your power bank was purchased from Kreafunk, email to [email protected] and provide your order number.
   Warranty: 2 years from purchase.
