There are two important questions when your product does not charge: Has it worked before? Or is it a new product?
If the product is new and does not charge
If you have just unpacked your new product and it will not charge, we recommend that you first check whether the cable is defective. You can quickly determine this by trying a different cable or another power adapter.
Does the charger work now? If so, the cable is most likely defective.

If the product has worked before but no longer charges
If your product has previously worked but will not charge now, please try charging it with a different cable and another power adapter.
If this does not solve the problem, the battery is most likely defective.
If the product is less than 2 years old, please contact the store where the product was purchased.
