Speaker won’t connect (Bluetooth issues)

Is your speaker not pairing, not connecting, or disconnecting unexpectedly? Follow the steps below.

1. Test with another device

Try connecting the speaker to another phone, tablet, or computer.

• If it works → The issue is likely your original device.

• If it does not work → Continue to Step 2.

2. Remove the speaker from Bluetooth

Before resetting:

1. Go to Bluetooth settings

2. Find the speaker

3. Select “Forget” or “Remove device”

Then try pairing again.

3. Reset the speaker

4. Fully discharge and recharge

1. Let the battery run completely empty

2. Charge for 6–8 hours without interruption

3. Try pairing again
