My wireless charger is not workingUpdated 2 months ago
Follow the steps below one at a time:
1. Ensure constant power
Almost all of our wireless chargers must be connected to power at all times to function. A wireless charger means that it can be used to charge wirelessly compatible devices.
Wireless chargers that do not require constant power and can be charged like a power bank are: reCHARGE GO, reCHARGE mini, toCHARGE qi.
2. Check whether your device supports wireless charging
Make sure that your phone or device has built-in wireless charging. If necessary, try removing the phone case, as it may prevent the phone from charging. Not all cases are compatible with wireless charging.
3. Test with other equipment
If you have completed the first two steps, the issue may be caused by something else. Try testing with:
- Another cable
- Another power adapter / plug
- Another phone or device
4. Reset the charger
Unplug the charger from the power outlet for approximately 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
5. Contact support
If the charger still does not work, please feel free to contact our support team — we will be happy to help.
