Problems with my alarm clockUpdated a month ago

Troubleshooting and issue identification for one of the alarm clocks listed below:

IVY

  • Try using different cables and power adapters. If this helps, the cable/adapter is defective.
    We recommend using a USB-C cable and a 5V / 1A adapter.
  • Poor battery life?
    Please note that Ivy can be used wirelessly for up to 30 days with the display turned off, and up to 60 hours with the display turned on at the lowest brightness.

Reset IVY alarm clock:
First remove Ivy from the Bluetooth list, then press the power button five times to reset it.


Bell

  • Try using different cables and power adapters. If this helps, the cable/adapter is defective.
  • My alarm clock rattles:
    The snooze function is activated by a gyroscope sensor that produces a gentle rattling sound — this is completely normal and part of the design. Therefore, this is not a warranty claim.
  • The display turns on when touched and then remains on for 4 minutes.
  • With a charging time of 1–2 hours, Bell can be used wirelessly for up to 30 days.

Reset Bell alarm clock:
To reset your Bell, press the power button (K button) five times.
