Speaker won’t turn onUpdated a month ago

If a speaker does not turn on:

1. Make sure the speaker has been charged using a compatible charging cable and power source.
2. If relevant, test another compatible charging cable and power adapter.
3. Reset the speaker if an approved reset procedure is available for the customer's exact model. Use the Knowledge article “How to reset your speaker” to find the correct model-specific reset procedure. If the model is not listed there, use the product's approved manual. Do not invent or use a generic reset procedure.
4. Complete all relevant approved troubleshooting steps before requesting purchase details or moving to claim handling.
