Speaker won’t turn onUpdated a month ago

If your speaker does not power on, try the following:

1. Charge for at least 30 minutes

Use the original cable or test another cable and adapter.

2. Test another cable and adapter

If it works with another cable, the original cable is defective.

3. Reset the speaker

4. Fully discharge and charge for 6–8 hours

If the product still does not turn on, contact support and include:

• Model

• Description of issue

• Order number (if purchased directly)
